Neither Glasgow City Council, any other Local Council, nor any Organisation shall have any liability, howsoever arising, in relation to the operation of the Glasgow City Region Community Benefits Hub or any act or omission of any person in relation thereto. In particular, and without prejudice to the foregoing generality, neither Glasgow City Council, any other Local Council nor any Organisation shall have any liability to (i) any user of the Glasgow City Region Community Benefits Hub (including Community Groups and Businesses); (ii) any person who offers to provide works, goods or services in relation to Glasgow City Region Community Benefits Hub; (iii) any person who receives, benefits from or is affected by works, goods or services provided in relation to Glasgow City Region Community Benefits Hub; (iv) any Organisation in relation to the Glasgow City Region Community Benefits Hub.

Neither Glasgow City Council, any other Local Council nor any Organisation gives any warranty, guarantee or undertaking in relation to any works, goods or services provided, including as to the suitability, quality, timing or quantity of any of them.
